This is a book of poems sectioned off, to compile my journey as I had to learn to LIVE FREELY with no regrets. LAUGH OFTEN even if I felt the world against me. LOVE ALWAYS no matter how bad someone has done you, love is the best outlook. BUT, LIVE TURTHFULLY with taking what I learned about myself. It takes courage to stop avoiding triggers and face the unpleasant things about not only yourself, but others as well. This book is full of truth and paints a picture of moments I never thought I would overcome.

When you heal you still have layers to peel back. Healing is just the first step!!
